Wine Tasting Party @ Home Report

I held the third Wine Tasting Party @ Home on 1st of July!
One of the girls joining all my parties is leaving Australia this weekend since she finishes her Working Holiday for 2 years, so I made this party would be very very SWEET for her.

I chose  three Australian sweet wines
Banrock Station Moscato 2012
Warburn Estate Rumours Moscato 2013
Brown Brothers Cienna 2012



Then, about food!
We had Sushi and Salmon salad and Chocolate Roulade!

We tasted wines for dessert after Sushi.
All food and wines were very very nice!




第3回ワインテイスティング会はオーストラリアのスイートワインをテーマに開催しました！
甘口白の王道モスカートとオーストラリア原産の甘口赤のシエナ。


今回はお寿司とサラダ、チョコレートのロールケーキをおともに♪


ワインがすべて甘口なので、先に食事をとってからデザートワインとしてテイスティングをしました。

今回の一番人気はWarburn Estate Rumours Moscato 2013

甘みのなかに、果実の軽い酸味と草原に咲く黄色い花のような（なんて情緒的な表現なのでしょう！？とある参加者のコメントです★）軽やかなさわやかさがあってとても飲みやすくあっという間に飲みきってしまいました♪



赤のシエナはカベルネソーヴィニョンとスペイン原産のSumoll（読み方はスモール？）をかけ合せた、オーストラリアで作られている品種です。



ワインテイスティング会を開催することで幅広い品種のワインを飲むようになって、ワインの楽しみがますます増えました。
今後も色々なテーマでワインテイスティング会を開催したいとおもいます♪
